Dear you.. or future me

I wonder who we’ll be.

After long nights and days.

Did you follow your own way?

Or did someone else’s idea of your future come into play.

I hope you figured it out.

Because right now I’m having doubts.

I don’t know where to go or who to be.

I look back at life and realize that we could’ve done more

or we didn’t do enough.

Wondering if this me is the product of us.

Questioning if I’m even someone I can trust.

Who are we?

Am I going to still be someone stuck between two places.

Feeling like a true gemini with two faces.

I wish you could tell me..

Tell me that I found someone like me.

A person who reciprocates my energy.

That wouldn’t wait for a text delivery.

Did we make them proud?

Looking at the clouds waiting to see if I figure it out.

I'm getting hesitant.

Will our life be heaven sent

or turn into a life filled with regret.

I want you to tell me who we will be..
